The Benefits from Eating Vegtables

The Benefits from Eating Vegtables

Your mother always told you to eat your vegetables, but did you really ever listen? With all of the scientific reports and studies, it seems that everyone is suddenly proving your mother right. Eating vegetables is one of the best things that you can do for your diet and for your body. But if you need more reasons than that, read on.

Why choose vegetables?

Eating vegetables is an easy way to help a poor diet become healthier again. First of all, it is proven that vegetables contain a number of antioxidants that may help to stop certain cancers from forming in the body.

These antioxidants like vitamin C also help the body to repair after long bouts of stress and illness and help to protect the body in the future. Tomatoes, for example, include lycopene which can even help to protect your eyes from sight problems.

Good Fibre Provider

There is also the fiber factor in eating vegetables. Because of the high levels of fiber in vegetables, the digestive system can remain healthier and more toned. Just like your body’s muscles, the digestive system needs to remain sleek and able to process foods. When you eat more fiber, the insides of your digestive system can remain clear and healthy, allowing you to avoid issues with constipation and irregularity, not to mention colon cancers and polyps.

When you want to avoid animal products, you have to make sure that you are eating vegetables in order to get the protein that you’re lacking. By combining vegetables in your meals, you will be able to consume the essential amino acids that your body needs to survive. A simple meal of spinach, beans, and whole grain rice is a great way to treat your body right.

Vegetables also contain high levels of water in their structures, which allows them to be generally fat free and low in calories. This is a great asset for those that are watching their calories and want to lose weight. Combined with the fiber, eating vegetables also tends to make a person feel fuller for longer, and curbs unnecessary snacking.

Eating Vegeatables is Easy to Add to Your Diet

Eating vegetables is also quite simple for anyone to add to their diets. Not only can you find small baby carrots, but some companies have gone so far as to create snack packs of vegetables that you can bring with you anywhere.

Salad mixes are also on grocery store shelves, making it easy to eat your greens any night of the week. You can also find vegetable juices as well as fruit and vegetable juice smoothies for an additional option.

No one says that eating vegetables needs to be boring anymore. Try various vegetable based soups, broths, and even vegetable based protein products for variety and flavor. You can also find vegetable breads and vegetable based pastas in many stores. Don’t forget about spaghetti sauces and marinara for additional tomatoes and other ingredients. Maybe with these tips, you’ll be able to obey your mom – for once.

Cubic watermelons

In Japan, farmers of the Zentsuji region found a way to grow cubic watermelons, by growing the fruits in glass boxes and letting them naturally assume the shape of the receptacle. The cubic shape was originally designed to make the melons easier to stack and store, but the cubic watermelons are often more than double the price of normal ones, and much of their appeal to consumers is in their novelty. Pyramid-shaped watermelons have also been developed and any polyhedral shape may potentially also be used.

The First Truth

THE FIRST TRUTH EVER REVEALED

Before there was anything Else, there was Allah (Subhanahu waTa'ala).Allah was a Hidden treasure,to be known and acknowledged Allah decided to create the universe.By just saying 'BE' Allah made them all..

"Verily in the heavens and the earth are signs for those who believe. And in the creation of yourselves, and the fact that animals are scattered (through the earth), are signs for those of assured faith. And in the alternation of night and day, and that fact that Allah sends down sustenance from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death, and in the change of the winds, are signs for those who are wise" (45:3-5).

In the above verse Allah Almighty has in detail announced the different forms of creation.

Allah also states in the Qur'an that a person should see and consider all the systems and balances in the universe that have been created for him by Allah and derive a lesson from his observations:

He has made night and day subservient to you, and the Sun and Moon and stars, all subject to His command. There is certainly Signs in that for people who pay heed. (Surat an-Nahl: 12)

In yet another verse of the Qur'an, Almighty Allah states as follows:

He makes night merge into day and day merge into night, and He has made the Sun and Moon subservient, each one running until a specified time. That is Allah, your Lord. The Kingdom is His. Those you call on besides Him have no power over even the smallest speck.(Surah Fatir: 13)

THANK YOU ALLAH FOR MAKING A BIG BEAUTIFUL WORLD
